Elasticities

Elasticities design started as a snapshot collection of found hair elastics.
For a few years Goda Gontyte, founder of Elasticities, took pictures every time she noticed hair elastics in the streets. The silk scarves are documentation of such moments in Amsterdam, Copenhagen, New York, Venice and Vilnius. The work is therefore related to memory, location and space.
